Premier Building Inspections has been in business since 1996

 Premier Building Inspections was Incorporated by Gary Allen  in 1996 as a one person business. In 1996  Jane Allen started scheduling inspections and running the office. Because of increasing business, in January of 1998 Tony Allen left the construction business to work with us as an inspector. Since starting the business Gary and Tony Allen have completed over 7000 inspections on Homes, Condos, Apartment buildings, and various types of Commercial buildings. We have remained a small company by choice. We have decided that the "quality of inspections"  is much more important than the number of inspections performed.  We promise that during every inspection we will do our very best to find anything that would significantly affect the property value.
